Crocheted chevron blanket

I have been getting back into crochet lately.  I love how I can sit and crochet without getting involved in a huge messy project.  It’s my end of the day activity before I fall asleep.  I also love using crochet around the house.  I think it gives that textural element.  Here is my most recent project.

I really love how this came out.  This pattern is based on a ripple afghan.  To update it, I wanted to make the chevrons taller and more pointed.  So it was more of a true chevron and not just a wavy line.  I also think it updates it to make wider stripes of color.  Get out your hooks and prepare to crochet.

  9. After row 3 when it says repeat… do you mean to repeat rows 2&3 or just row 3
