Handmade Christmas: Vinyl signs

You guys know that we had a huge flood right?  Well along with that came new flooring and we used some scrap pieces to make these signs:

Avengers vinyl sign

I just popped a few boards together and then painted the edges with black paint.  I used my cutting machine to do the vinyl on the signs but if you were doing something big or simple like the Avengers logo, you could cut it out with scissors.
I really love these signs.  Especially the family rules one.  If you happen to be in the middle of construction, you can make some too haha.  If not, you could use any board.

    Hi Connie,, thanks so much for your visit to my
    blog,, your signs are nice. I don’t have that machine
    and would love to try this. You asked about my
    using parchment paper in the printer and yes
    the ink jet printer works best. My daughter
    has a laser printer and it did not work. You
    can also transfer to wood.. I might try this on
    some old boards I have…
