It is fall everyone and I am LOVING it. For a lot of us fall means football and tailgating and easy party food. I am so excited to share this awesome recipe with you guys. I love cooking in my slow cooker. I use it about 3 times a week. And when you have a tailgating party happening, you don’t want to spend all your time in the kitchen. So throw this in your slow cooker in the morning and walk away. This Buffalo Chicken soup is the best tailgating food!
Doesn’t that look so good? I am telling you, this has become my go to when I want a warm comforting soup. It’s similar to a bean with bacon but it has a bit of a kick with a special ingredient.
These are Tyson Buffalo Chicken Tenders. You can find them at Sams Club. There is a demo at Sams club this Saturday 10/5/13 between 11 and 2. Here is my mom tip. Take your kiddos to Sams club on Saturday. They have tons of demos and free samples. You can get some shopping done, your kids get some samples and it keeps them occupied. My kids get enough samples that they are full and lunch is done for me yay! So make sure and stop by this Satuurday. Look for the Tyson demo because the first 200 people get a free finger football take home kit.
These Buffalo Chicken strips turn this soup from good to AWESOME!!
All you do is open a few cans, dump them in the crockpot and let it go. If your family is like mine, you add some bacon and onions. But that is optional. My cute hubby grilled up the Buffalo Chicken Tenders for me.
In the last 1/2 hr you put in some half and half and cut up the chicken tenders. Sprinkle them over the top as you dish up the soup.
I’m telling you it is so good. This is my kind of football food.
