My cute neighbor just found out she is expecting a boy! I couldn't be more thrilled for her. I can't wait for her little bundle to get here so I can snuggle with him. Twice a month I host a pre teen youth group at my house. We have between 10-15 girls who come and we do kids crafts, learn, play games etc. With Mother's day coming up, we decided to make something the girls could give to their mothers. My husband's favorite food is breakfast food. He loves a good breakfast casserole. This overnight french toast casserole is one of our favorites. Doesn't that look delicious? It tastes like a cross between French toast and bread pudding. The pecan pralines give it a lovely crunch and are the perfect topping. I grew up in Germany. Spent my elementary school years there. When we came back to Utah, everyone was dipping their fries in what they called Fry sauce. Turns out it is a Utah thing. I love doing curled hairstyles. On myself and my girls. It makes them seem more precious to me. This style is great for a fancier occasion. I usually don't do curls just for school. They are more time consuming and then kids run around at recess and all your hard work is down the drain. I like to put my kids hair up for school. It helps with the snarles. Twice a month I have a group of 11 year old girls over and we craft, sing songs, learn etc. I love doing this. They are such fun girls to get to know. They always expect treats. Always.
