My friend Natalie from Northshore days gave me this great idea for my kids lunches. She said to bake up some cupcakes and freeze them so the kiddos can pull one out each morning. They put them in their lunchbox and they thaw by the time lunch comes around. This is one of those simple why didn't I think of that ideas. The cupcakes I made have some shaved chocolate in them.
